of the purchase and sale agreement whereafter we negotiate with the sellers on your behalf. Once terms and conditions have been agreed upon, we can further assist you with
your bond application and help to tie up all the loose ends to make the deal conclusive. All documents are thereafter handed to the transferring attorney to
effect registration of transfer. We receive a weekly report from the transferring attorney and guide you through the entire process to registration of transfer. |
